I am writing to file a fomal compliant with your Nissan Dealership, Gillman Nissan Richmond, TX. And Manager Mark Wagoner. First of all we had had Nissans for years, and this is the first Dealership since we moved to TX in Oct. 2015, where I have have had miss trust and lied to over and over. The service still has not fixed the Nissan Pathfinder we purchased in January. They say they still are waiting on parts then they tell me they are still waiting on the painting. Also, Mr Mark Wagoner comments to me from a Manager, "I am done with you Mr Raines, I am done with you", is this how customers are treated. Well at this point, I am done with Nissan. Never have I been treated the way I have with a Nissan dealership, and will never ever will I as soon as I can get my Pathfinder done with. You tell me Mr Ghosn, what can Nissan do for me on this. I have filed a compaint with your 800 number and here is the Case. I have done this twice now.
Also, the President of Gillman Nissan, Ms Stacy Gilman Wimbish, will not even speak with me when I have called about this.
I am sending this, I do not even know if you will get this or not. But I think the BBB and local paper should know of this. Thank you for your time.
