As a UK based customer of your bank I find extremely frustrating that I cannot initiate a wire transfer or ACH transfer online.
We recently sold a property in Naples Florida and the proceeds are in our 53 account. We need to transfer these funds to UK and had hoped to take advantage of today's rate but the inability to set up a transfer by online banking has meant we have effectively lost out on £3k (thats $4k). Do I really have to fly 6000 miles to set up this transfer?
