Can you please have someone from your office contact me to help a client of yours? I am a real estate agent, and unfortunately your lenders were unable to make good on a mortgage loan they had promised her. She did find another lender (bank of america) who would get the loan done, but they needed a car loan paid off. The money was overnighted to Fifth Third and we need someone to expedite getting us a letter of satisfaction of this loan so that she can move fwd buying her home. Since originally fifth third let her down with the home mortgage, we are hoping they can make good by at least helping to expedite this satisfaction letter before the Holiday weekend. Please call me.
