Mr. Carmichael... I am asking you to contact Mr. Kevin T Kabat i have been dealing with his for 3-4 years now originally our mortgage was connected to Payer 2000 my mortgage payment was taken out of 5/3 acct BUT payer 2000 wasnt paying our mortgage,,,need less to say went for foreclosure..then was taken out of foreclosure due to no part of ours was 5/3 mistake. Incredibly I have hundreds of emails from different people, even you, mostly Mr. Kabat when he was CEO the said he would straighten out and we would be compensate by 5/3 paying some of the monthly mortgage. AGAIN sent to foreclose, not just second time BUT a third time all while Mr. Kabat was doing our mortgage... The third time we were taken to forecloser I STATED THATS IT,,,WE ARE GETTING AN ATTY AND TAKING 5/3 TO COURT....HE SAID DONT DO THAT I WILL SEE THAT YOUR MORTGAGE IS PAID AND TAXES TO UNTIL LOAN IS PAID....HE SAID HE WOULD ATTACH AN ADDENDEM TO OUR DEED AT COURTHOUSE STATING THIS. I KNOW YOU KNOW OUR SITUATION......I WANT YOU TO CONTACT MR KABAT (HE IS STILL WITH 5/3 JUST OBVIOUSLY NOT CEO.... I AM DONE WITH THIS...I AM GETTING AN ATTY IF I DONT HEAR SOMETHING. YOU CAN CHECK WITH HIM...I AM TELLING TRUTH I WAS A CUSTOMER WITH 5/3 FOR 25 PLUS YEARS....NOT ANYMORE I WANT AN ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
