Keith sent a message to Greg D. Carmichael – Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Third Bancorp – Email Address that said:

I have been a customer of your bank for 5 plus years and have 4 accounts.

I am have a problem with a money transfer through Popmoney. The account number for the transfer is off by one digit. The money has been transferred to the wrong number Fifth Third has conferred that, the transfer has my name on it and I have the trace # from Popmoney. I have spoken to both Fifth Third and Popmoney this morning. I spent over an hour on the phone with both and they both see the transaction and the fact that it was intended for me. The account number is one digit off of my account number. I was told by Fifth Third Service that if no one claims it in 10 days it will be returned. I have the sender's name and contact info and all details about the transfer, it would be nice if I could receive it.
