I have been a 5/3 customer for 40 years but I may not make it to 41.
Since your recent "upgrades" to the billpaying system I receive notifications telling me that Im in danger of missing payments to Duke Energy after I have already set up the payments. Your phone support is absolutely useless.
I realize Im not Jed Clampett and youre not Mr. Drysdale but unless I can get in contact with someone who will actually solve my problem I will be forced to move my banking elsewhere.
