Mr. Carmichael,
It is unfortunate that I must contact you regarding a failure of your customer service organization, but I cannot seem to get satisfaction from them. In March, 2017 I paid off my mortgage with your company, and as of today Fifth Third has not forwarded to Boulder County Colorado Clerk and Recorder the Release of Deed of Trust on my home (address 720 Windflower Dr, Longmont, CO 80504). Your customer service supervisor Pierra (phone extension given as ext 1MOC3A) refused to re-initiate a request to send the release again, insisting that it must be requested by Boulder County. She also refused to provide me with evidence that the Release of Deed of Trust had been sent so that I could file that evidence with the county.
Would you please intervene and help me get my release processed? In the alternative, please provide verification to me in writing that the mortgage has been paid off so that I can take that evidence to the county.
