My husband has a home loan with fifth third bank. We have never been late and always paid our monthly home equity loan. Anytime my husband has contacted fifth third he has received horrible customer service. We always pay loan through automated service. This month they took payment out two times and cussed my husband to receive a overdraft amount. He contacted your customer service today in noblesville, in and they said there is nothing they can do. What kind of service treats their customers and good standing customer this way. I just want to make you aware of this issue and your companies poor customer service. If something is not done to help us we will change banks and I will make sure I let future customers know of the poor business we have received.
