i have been a sprint suctomer for over 3 years i was referred by a friend that is also a sprint customer but i have having problems with my service through your customeer service they are not rude however they are not very helpful to the customer. for example i have had two different types of phones during my time with sprint the first one had a software problem that it took over 6 months to get settled and i lost quite a bit of my time on hold as well as speaking to customer service people that just really just attepted to make me think that the problems were in my head even though the technical staff constantly refresh my software this went on for over four months until i called to corporate where a lady there finally agreed to replace my new pnone with a used certified phone that worked until october 2015 and it just stopped. so i took it into the corporate store where as soon as they saw the phone and realized that the phone had an issue . which was after i had already taken it to the same store on several different occassions but they kept telling me that if they couldnt recreate the problem they could not help me i became very frustrated and began thoughts leaving sprint however i decided to stay with sprint . So in October 2015 that phone just died . Once i took back the really nice young lady behind the counter along with manager and the technician agreed that it could not be fixed they deciced to replace the phone from a galaxy 2 to the galaxy 6 as well as two tablets which in begginng the phone and as of this i have not had any troubled with the tablets ( had no use for two tablets however due to the great customer service iagreed to take both tablets) this great service was in Cranston Rhode Island on sockssanocett drive was great ilike the features the size and everything about the phone i was very pleased now i have had this phone for only four months and once agian im having very serious software issues that have been verified by another great employee in Mount Pleasant Texas store 6731 located at 2306 South Jefferson STE B sales person GJ881634 on Febuary 1 2016 while i am on vacation here this sales person went above and beyond to assist me with this phone she attepted to get the phone unlocked and could not so she called a techinican and explained what issuses she saw with this phone the technician explained the software was bad and needed to be replaced and that i need to take this phone in to a corporate store which is an hour and a half from the city of Mount Pleasant Teas to Tyler Texas agian i am on vacation with no car due to beng a disiabled veteran and my phone is very important to my health it is my only way to communicate with medical personnel as well as the operation of vital medical equipment to keep me alive and my phone has not operated properly since the last two weeks of January 2016 . Since Febuary ! 2016 I have only been able to fully operate my phone for about 5 days of the entire month i called customer service and only the run a round the more i explained my circustances they simply repeated the same statements over and over when i explained that i felt it be totally unfair that i be charaged for the entire month of service i was told that they would give me a ten dollar credit i requested to speak with a supervisor i was placed on hold and once they returned i was told that supervisor would give me a ten dollar credit until they figured out how many days i didnt have service i said to her if you can see that why didnt you see how long has been giving problems or even that my phone had problems before i called in or how can they detect software issues and why havent i gotten to speak to the supervisor i was again placed on hold and after about three minutes i was transfered to tech support which could not help me due to the phone not working to allow tech support to make any attempts to refresh the software or anything even after i explained the real need for my phone to work . Tech support offered me Samsung Warranty again i explained that samsung warranty still puts me in a very place due to how it operates and i have used them before and it took me almost 10 days to get a refurbished phone again . however at this time i cant afford that wait time and once again i am considering leaving sprint because noone can help me when i came to sprint my friend had bragged so much about the service and the customer service and now he and his wife and myself are all thinking of leaving sprint all of us for the same reasons bad phones and horrible customer service when we call in @ 188 211 4727 we all hope that you will get more involved and encourage these people and sprint as a whole to assist us and all the customers of sprint . if you or someone in your office can help us to want to stay with sprint we would really be grateful to you .
