Randall sent a message to Marcelo Claure- the chief executive officer of Sprint Corporation- email address that said:
Mr Claure,
It is unconscionable the way Sprint Personnel treats USMC U. S. Veterans like me when it comes to our Sprint Account.
Memorial Day May 30, 2016 all banks and several Sprint Stores will be closed. This Veteran will not receive his 100% VA Disability check until June 1, 2016.
However, Sprint personnel refuses to work on several occasions, and have incorrectly billed me as a veteran and Sprint Personnel only terrorizes this U. S. Marine and only exacerbates illnesses that the VA medically treats me for as a result of my Honorable Military service during the Vietnam Era.
By the Mercies of Almighty God please respond back to me we really need your help.
