I have been in contact with various personnel in Cigna regarding a very urgent matter concerning my son's wife and, to date, I feel I have not gotten the necessary help requested. I have heard that sometimes you must go to the top for results. I know you are very busy, (my work no. 8:30-4:00 p.m.) I would like to take a few minutes out of your time to speak with you and go over her case. I read your statistics and I see that you are highly involved with the Diabetes Foundation, March of Dimes, the Wounded Veterans, as well as Child Obesity. Anyone who gives of their time to causes such as these has to be a good and caring person at heart.
