I am contacting you for some much needed help!! I have been trying to obtain an HCTC vendor number since June, 2017. I have contact different levels of your customer service, billing, payments, etc. and have had no luck. I have event contacted the IRS and they state you have one.
During my attempts to obtain this information I have had a negative, frustrating experience. I have been hung up on, yelled and in general told I dont know what I am talking about.
Is there any way for your or someone in your origination to assist me with this matter????
