Robert sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation – email address that said:

Mr. Cornell, I just purchased over the phone 10 TV's and 9 Xbox games. I spoke with a rep named Ebony who was verifying information as the call progressed with her supervisor. I was promised free shipping along with a 5% red Card discount I applied for and received a temporary Red Card from your Millville NJ store where I tried unsuccessfully to buy the same package directly . Two hours after completing the transaction I was called and told via cell phone message I would not be eligible for the free next day/two day shipping. I immediately called back got another rep and was told I would not be charged shipping and she would make a note of it in my order #. I was then forwarded my transaction details which shows a shipping charge of 485.00 and no 5% red card discount. Having not seen the bill yet, I did not know this when I spoke to the second customer service rep and Ebony said we'll make the adjustments after she processes the credit card # and send me an e-mail with the breakdown.. Would you please have someone call me to rectify this or reissue an invoice that clearly states the shipping as complimentary which was what I was told along with the 5% red card discount? This is a time sensitive issue s I needed these items for a Black Friday promotion .
