Mr. Cracchiolo,
My name is Joe . I have applied for insurance from Ameriprise. I have received very poor representation from your company. At this point the holdup seems to be a requirement of the underwriters. This requirement I feel is a breach of my right to privacy and also a form of discrimination. As well as a way to not write a policy for a minimal amount of money. Please look at my phone as a reference point to look at the notes of my dealings with Ameriprise.
I would appreciate a call back from someone to rectify this situation. No emails please. I have a considerable amount of time invested in trying to get insured through your company and I do not get paid by the hour as do the employees.
