Mr. Craig Jelinek, I visited the Costco location in Glen Burnie,, MD on 1/10/18 and asked Customer Service Desk to query the available of a jacket for size availability. I was shocked when Anthony advised there was no way to advise if a size was in stock. I would like to suggest the IT Department add a field in the database to search for size availability.
In addition on several occasions, I have completed survey/suggestion card to add a self-checkout to the Glen Burnie and Hanover, MD locations to-date I have not received any feedback. Why have surveys, if no one will be addressing a club members suggestion?
