Mr. Crandall,
Thank you for the opportunity to communicate directly to you. My name is Charles and I have been a Dedicated Mass Mutual Customer for 35 years. I have 3 policies and 3 for my wife. Unfortunately we have had a $250,000 Term Policy cancelled after the premiums quadrupled because of late payments and the reinstatement policy. They are currently trying to do this to us again with a $100,000 Whole Life policy that I have been paying on for 34 years. This leaves my wife with only a $25,000 Life Benefit. I understand us being late. it's been a terrible 18 months for us since I have had 4 back surgeries and unable to work because I am self-employed. Please don't think I am writing this to complain, my point is we have been late on all our payments and everyone has helped out for the short term.
Mass Mutual is the only company that will not help. I need your assistance Please! We cannot afford to lose another policy . I would really like to reinstate the $250,000 Term Policy at the original premium and stop this policy from being cancelled. We cannot afford the higher premiums.
