Mr. Dailey, I have had Farmers insurance for approximately 15 years. I live in the small town of Greeley Hill, Vs. I am now experiencing water coming up from the fioor in my living room and hallway. It is not coming from the ceiling or walls. It started in the middle of the room and now has almost covered my entire living room. When I made the claim I was told this is surface water from the rain so therefore not covered because it is considered flood water. I dont understand how water coming up though the floor can be considered flood water. My telephone number is 209-878-3636. I dont understand how if my Jack Russells climbed on the kitchen sink and floored my home would be covered but this would not.
