Mr. Dailey,
I would like to contact your regarding an existing claim we have. We had 21st Century insurance, which was changed to Foremost without any notification. My wife was involved in an accident where we were notified that our policy had lapsed. Investigations by 21st Century adjustor led to them telling us our policy would be backdated tocover the claim since we have been on autodraft payments for well over 5 years with them and received no notification of the company changes.
This led to the new company, Foremost, subsequently denying the claim after we were told it would be covered. I see this scenario as unjust and feel that 21st Century and/or Foremost should be accountable for covering your loyal customers. Even in this dispute, we have renewed a new policy with Foremost so that we may have coverage. We are just asking that the right thing be done in this situation before it has to be escalated to State Insurance Boards and litigation.
Would you please contact us as soon as possible to rectify this situation as you are in control of both companies acting as the parent company.
