Sir: This is our 3rd home that we have purchased from DRHorton and we've purchased 6 other additional from different builders across the country and this one has been the "worse" experience starting with the sales agent. We've been waiting since our first walk (we had 4 walk thru) prior to closing to resolve our warranty issue that are still pending 7 months, that's unacceptable. Would you please help us? Twice we've completed warranty list, we've completed 2 surveys in which these items were mentioned, we've called the warranty department 3 times to no avail.
