Mr. Davila,
I walked into the Coral Way branch of US Century bank on 3/9/16 with an objective of resolving the inappropriate charges being levied against my mother's saving account. Along with a bank statement, I presented my financial "Power of Attorney" to the Head Teller Ingrid Martinez. The short version is Ms. Martinez stated that I am not authorized to make changes to the account and she was unable to do anything but would contact someone to find out if anything could be done. My mother now lives in Connecticut and is unable to travel due to a medical condition. I am looking for your assistance in order to resolve this situation. I look forward to your response.
