I am writing as a buyer for approx 20 long term care facilities buying maintenance supplies from HD Supplies in the New York area. In the last 6 months HD Supplies has become a nightmare to do business with. It has become impossible to get pricing , orders never get delivered and there is no one to talk to. HD Supplies is slowly driving away their customers and will one day find themselves without a customer base if this doesnt get fixed quickly. Thank you for your time.
