mr. Douglas, I am writing to you because I can I get your superintendent or anyone for that matter @your Frisco Lakes property to fix what York companies contractors left me with almost 2 years ago.
to make a very long story short I called your corporate office in Irving to see if they can send someone out to look at my erosion problem I was getting from your new development as I am on one of your corner of one of your Properties by the lake. a gentleman by the name of Jeff called me back said he would come out and take a look at my property. The very next day truckloads of dirt started showing up to help me raise my yard from the erosion your development and cause over 200 yards of dirt was unloaded in my yard. then they contractor that works for your company said he would give you build me a driveway so we brought these four by four concrete slabs over, then brick to smash down to put the slabs on the Stone Sand before you know it it look like they root but I was excited about getting all that stuff done. long story short the contractors would never return to complete or even start to complete the job. no matter what I did I could not get them over here I have sent pictures of the contractors because a neighbor had took them I have been sued by that same neighbor for $200,000 in order to try and take the property because I could not get this work done again long story short I have been through more than you can possibly imagine. so a month ago there were some surveyors measuring my trees. I asked him to stop because they were on my property in those were my trees. My father bought an easement about 15 years ago they gave us 30 feet on the underside that used to be a road there I have ask your engineers that if they would just fix the grade of my yard and put my driveway and they could build their damn fence wherever they like on the other side of my trees and give them all the room they requested they have sent 9 surveyors over here never serving in the same place still I have Dirt 4 feet up killing my trees causing me problems still have been as much as I can I've almost lost everything because your company simply could not come out one day and fix this mess my elderly mother was put out of this house because of this mess. I was asked the last time who did you talk to her did all this I told him I've sent emails I've sent the pictures of the contractors of the names on the side of the t from I have sworn affidavits from HUD housing where were complaints filed and they excited that this was then to help you Rose and I got permission from the association I even paid some of your drivers and your supervisors to help me do this I cannot believe your company is bigger tha. here's my information I hope this gets to youn. and I assure you I could take us to court and never look back but I think you would want to resolve this very easily and quickly as I would just by bringing my yard back to grade but in my driveway in as promised that's all I have asked if you have them give you the information I've sent them the complaints that had the Denton County reports everything you will see that is a very reasonable request for the very last time.
