Sandra Hauxwell sent a message to Jean-Marc Duvoisin-CEO of Nespresso-email address that said:
Mr Duoisin, I am utterly dissapointed in your customer care, I bought a machine from your company in February which will not turn on now, have been told had to be returned to be repaired which cant be collected till Monday . If I had bought this machine at Argos or several other shops I could have returned it for a refund or replaced with a new machine straight away. I thought buying from your company would be better, boy was I wrong.
I use my machine regularly and purchase 200 capsules at a time, I consider myself a good customer and am just appalled by the customer service today
