First i would like to say that my daughter, Christina Medina, 54 smith street, port chester, NY 10573 has signed a contract for a new boiler. The sales person was amazing and he did all that he could to convince her to sign up with sears. She is a single mom and $14,000 is a lot of money, for Sears not to do their part with service.
Christina has had nothing but a horrible experience with the installation department. The project manager is not doing her job…Katherine Ramona. My daughter keeps calling her and she does not respond. To this date!…the electrical filing has not been received by the buildings depart. My daughter continues call her and no response.
Plumbers arrive…(Chech and Chong…Dum and Dummer). shut off the water then go into my toilet and take the meanest SHIT ever. REMEMBER…no water….to flush or TO WASH THEIR HANDS. Then they open up all the radiators and theirs a flood on my first floor…because they did not place a bucket to pickup the water….this is why i say (dum and dummer).
then they leave and said, we will be back may friday or saturday. they also said, they will be filing the paperwork anyway…not to worry. WTH…how can paperwork be filed…work has not been completed. AND we are left with a shit load in the toilet…and dirty walls..because there was not water to wash their hands. WHO DOES THAT!!!
Mr. Lampert, sorry for the above tone, but, when i called your number, i was disconnected 3x. I was told i could not be connected to the corporate office. So, i am writing to you because I know that when the CEO gets involved….heads will spin. Right now, Katherine and Dan need to be spoken to for being incompetent and giving sears a horrible name. They are not doing their jobs.
Please if you are not Mr. Lampert reading this email, please make sure he gets it on his desk. We will be filing a report with the better business bureau. Looking forward to hearing from you.
