I am a retired associated, and still a JCP supporter, at least until tonight.
As Tonight was associate night, in store and on-line, I attempted to placed a large order on-line though my associated discount would not populate on the final page before placing the order. This morning I call the customer hotline number and was told to get everything in the bag, proceed to #4 in the ordering process then call the customer care number and the associate would inset the associate discount. The first call seemed to go good, but after I hung up I though it went too good, So i called back and got Tina (i believe) from Milwaukee. Tina was the most rude individual I have ever ran across. She started to argue with me right off the bat....Would not listen, certainly had zero interest in helping me....when I asked for a supervisor she hung up on me. Without knowing her I would say she has severer anger issues. My husband called back and immediately asked for a supervisor, which he was connected to Hector out of your Columbus office. Hector was wonderful, he took his time and placed the $700 order for me so I could get my associate discount.....Tina....Well....She needs to be re-assinged, at best.
