Mr. Ellison, I have been a customer of JC Penney for years and I work in marketing. What do you think of changing the name from J.C. Penney to...JCP. It's the name of your website! It's easier to say and does not put the stores in the same old realm as...Montgomery Wards, Sears, etc. It's updated and moved you into the digital age but still will keep the aging shopper.
Just a thought. Congratulations, your personal story is immpressive.
