Mr. Ellison I'm reaching out to in regards my account obviously please keep reading it is not the usual complaint sir. On Oct 1st 2015 I paid my bill of $91.00. I explained to the rep. I didn't get a bill maybe because of how our mailboxes are in our community also I had been taking daughter for chemotherapy. I received a notice on my credit report. The $91.00 I paid that day was all that was due she said. Why did I receive another notice. Please sir I did pay what was due.
