I have a ad for a carpet machine, and jcp will not honor it. In the advertisment it clearly States the machine, and description of the machine, along with a bottle of solution. I have been corsponding with several employee, and they stated yes thats is showing the machine. I have attached the advertisment to this email. Hopefully you can resolve this. If it was so clearly described I would not dispute it
