Mr. Ergen, I am writing you this message as a last resort but I am – Charlie Ergen email address

Mark  sent a message to Charlie Ergen Co-founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dish Network Email Address that said:

Mr. Ergen,

I am writing you this message as a last resort but I am at my wits end.

My name is Mark and I have been a loyal customer with Dish for a number of years and absolutely love the programming services, technology, and your efforts to keep our costs down, especially when you have to negotiate with local network affiliates. I always have been supportive of these efforts.

However, since May of last year, my bills have fluctuated without anyone at customer service being able to explain to me the reasons for it. I have always showed patience and respect for those tending the phones but for some reason or another, and I know it is not personal, but my bills have not been consistent. Now, with that said, I have always paid my bills on time and been patient for promised adjustments.

Here are my monthly bills since May 2015:

May - $154
June - $136
July - $136
August - $106
Sept - $110
October - $166
November - $106
December - $136
January 2016 - $136
February - $201

It has been vaguely explained to me that an inadvertent credit was applied to my account and the someone decided to make up for this error but in doing so, has created so much confusion. Maybe it was a lack of math skills for this to subsequently happen but I feel as a business owner myself, any incorrect billing to a loyal customer which results in the customer's favor, should not be the customer's fault, and therefore I should not be accountable for this. Now, the makeovers are just getting to the point of, "when will this end?"

Today, I have spoken to Abdul at 12:15 at Customer Support, Karla at 1:00 in the Back office, and Anastasia in the Loyalty Dept at 1:30. All very nice individuals who have promised me a credit next month and normalcy thereafter. I will pay this bill, as usual.

Could you please have someone take care of this issue and reassure me of a regular bill instead of an "ugly" bill? I just hope the problem is not related to my bill bundling with Frontier.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Mark
