Approximately two months ago I entered a Capital One branch in Brooklyn New York, requesting information on how to refinance my home , in an attempt to address my excessive debts, and was advice to apply for a Home Equity Loan instead. I wish to dialogue with you, or your representative about the manner in which both loans were handle and the decision that was made in regards to them.
Prior to Capital One acquiring this branch,I was a customer for over 25 years, handling my personal affairs and my familys with great respect and consideration which later continued with Capital One up until now. The manner in which the loans were handle clearly doesnt speak favorable about Capital One. This experience has disrupted my family life, as well as my physical, and emotional health.
