Mr. Fairbank, I have been a capitol one cardholder for many years with a perfect payment history with Capital one . My $13,000 Quicksilver card is currently my everyday revolving purchase card but frankly the APR is outrageous. I have a few pre aprooved offers I am considering including a USAA platinum Visa with 0% no fee balance transfers and a very reasonable APR. I am considering transferring my balance and closing my Quicksilver card but wanted to reach out to see if you can lower my APR significantly as a valued customer before doing so.
