As a last ditch effort for some rectification, I am contacting you; hopefully. We moved nto our newly constructed house 2.5 years ago. We purchased Whirlpool Gold Appliances for the Kitchen, as we have had good experiences in the past. Our dishwasher leaked within the first year of purchase. We had techs out to repair. Leaked again, in the second year; twice... Both repaired, this time by Whirlpool techs, this time via the extended warranty we purchased... We have had techs here at least 3-4 times in the last 2.5 years and guess what... Leaking again!! Our island has been destroyed as a result, and we have no recourse... I have requested to have the dishwasher replaced; no joy... Now the house my wife and I work extremely hard to provide a good life for our 2 beautiful baby girls is getting destroyed due to lack of proper customer service/repair... I would hope someone of you stature and in your position would appreciate our concern...
