Mr. Fettig I am so unhappy with your whole company. I doubt I hear from you but you need to know about your Cabrio Washing Machine and Dryer. I bought the set. The dryer has been out of commission 45 days (not business days as you require) The washer was replaced in Sept. It my friend has had 4 service calls 3 to replace the brains and etc. Last one because a wire was loose. These machines are pieces of junk. I am so unhappy with the machines and the Whirlpool Organization it is hard for me not to tell everyone I know I have not been treated decently by your company and employees. I think Whirlpool should be ashamed for putting out the products of this inferior quality. My husband is in latter stages of Alzheimer and I cannot go to the laundry. Therefore I put him on sheets that are not soft and bath and dry him with hard towels. Shame on you Mr. Fettig and Whirlpool for not being of more help. I will be surprised if anyone in your corporation takes the time to assist us. Jennie
