Mr. Fettig,

I have been a loyal Maytag customer for a long time. I purchased a Maytag Washer 2 years ago. It has broken and the repair cost where $200 more than the replacement cost.
My question is simple. How do you expect to keep customers when the quality of your brand this poor? Your commercials boast how great they are. Its time to put your money your mouth is and build a good dependable product again. Sadly I will have to replace it with some Asian brand with better quality.
