Mr. Fettig, thank you in advance for reading my email. I purchased a refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher from Home Depot in January of this year. They are all Whirlpool. I have had to have service out three times for my refrigerator freezer having ice build up on the door. Last week service was out and they decided to order a new door for the freezer. Yesterday we attempted to get into the freezer only to find out it is completely frozen shut. I call Whirlpool again today and they are having a tech come out again to try and unfreeze the unit. I was told if that is not successful, I will need to unplug the unit and let it thaw out to get the door open. This is VERY disappointing as I thought Whirlpool was a better company than this. I was told they would not replace the unit until all service attempts have been made. This will be four days I have had to miss work to be here to let the techs in. I am asking you to please authorize the replacement of the refrigerator immediately as this is no acceptable. I could understand if the unit were a few years old but 3 months?
