Lorie sent a message to Mark Fields ,President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
Mr. Fields,
I know you are a busy man and probably won't respond to this email but It seems no one will help me in resolving this.
First off let me say I come from a long line of Ford worker in my family. I have had ford cars since I first learned to drive and have always loved them.
Back in July I purchased a 2015 Escape which has been in the shop for over 30 days. It has only 1300 miles on it. I have contact Ford regarding the Lemon Law and have asked for a refund for this car as it is undependable. Now with that saying I am not saying all fords are defective but this one is and I do have a Lawyer and Ford has a Law group representing them call Erskine Law group. I supplied paperwork to them almost 4 weeks ago and my lawyer has asked for a response and he gets nothing. I have called and of course no one will talk to me because of this but before I had got the lawyer I had asked Ford to buy the car back and they said no. All I want is my life back as this whole thing has caused me so much stress that I can't even tell you. I know this email will probably go unanswered but I feel that Ford should treat it customers and employee's family better than the treatment I have been having.
Thanks for reading this.
