my name is pete from cherry hill nj. I am wriring you to thank the Ford motor company and it's employees on a job well done. Holman Ford in Maple Shade NJ is my local ford dealer. I am a loyal ford owner since 1979. Over 20 vehicles with my wife and children.
In July of 2015, my 2012 f150 ecoboost was running rough again-something was wrong. Long story short, the motor had major problems and had to be replaced. 25,000 original miles garaged kept. Holman recommended a new "crate "motor. factory service rep only authorized new Long Block instead of complete motor. I was not satisfied with his decision. after almost 80 days in the shop and major repair I knew the truck would never be "right".
Holman Ford recomended the Reaquired Vehicle Program. Mrs. Andrea Beckham at RAV handled the case. Wonderful and kind person, took the time to listen to my situation and guided me through the process- Please thank her. Also the following employees at Holman Ford:Larry Murphy(service advisor) Rod Harris(service Mgr) Fred Mueller (Sales Mgr) Chris Long (sales rep) . without their help I would not be a satisfied FORD owner.
