Mr Fields,
my son graduated from high school this past may and will go on to the University of Kansas this month. I bought him the car of his dreams (cherry red 2010 mustang) his dream has become my nightmare!! we received a recall for his driver side airbag, autonation ford frisco was great but they had the car for a few weeks. my son was not happy and i heard it. Now i just received another recall this time for passenger airbag spoken to dealer and your customer service both told me the same thing, that the bag could explode and metal fragments could kill the passenger and there is no date in sight for parts but the NTSB has given you permission to allow us to drive a vehicle which could kill the passenger until you find a fix. what kind of a father would i be if i allowed my son to drive his pride and joy (god forbid his girl friend is in the seat). I have no choice but to park the car until you can find a fix.. i now need to rent a car and make a car payment to wells fargo dealer service.
