Mr. Fields,I am sorry that I have to bother you with this issue but – Mark Fields email address

Bruce sent a message to Mark Fields ,President and Chief Executive Officer , Ford Motor Company email address that said:

Mr. Fields,
I am sorry that I have to bother you with this issue but I am not getting anywhere with the Customer Service team at Ford. My 2015 F150 (11K miles) has been at Route 23 Automall in Butler, NJ, for two and half weeks. A warning light came on and I brought the truck in for service. I was informed a day or two later that a part needed to be replaced and that it had to be shipped in from Ford and at that time there was no estimated delivery date. I was given a Ford Escape as a loaner car and was told I would be kept informed. I was informed last Friday that the part was being re engineered and the there was no time table for the part to be shipped to the dealer. I called Ford Customer Service and filed a complaint and was told that case number would be created and that someone would contact me this past Monday with an action plan. A case number was created: :e Number: Name: Angela Keevis CSM Phone:  I have yet to hear from anyone.I sent an email to my case manager several hours ago and have yet to receive any communication from this person
I am paying a monthly lease payment for something I do not have. Ford is not living up its part of our agreement. If I don't hear from someone at Ford with a resolution to my problem by Friday at 12PM, I will hold my lease payments and they will be given to my attorney and held in his escrow account. Any legal fees that I incur will be the responsibility of Ford Motor Company.
