I'm offering to sell 22 acres of prime rural property located on both sides of your your railway system near Genoa, Illinois. Your railway tracks merge from two tracks to one track at this location. See photo attached.
The 22 acres includes 2 large Morton Buildings with overhead doors, and a 4,000 square foot house with a 3 car heated garage. The property is located 18 minutes from I-90 west of Chicago.
I am prepared to close on this property for $1.2 million dollars before the end of 2015 and provide possession immediately.
