Mr. Gabriel Tirador,
I sure hope this message gets to you. I am a customer of Mercury Insurance. I was in an accident on APRIL 7TH 2016 AND STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK. My car has been at two different shops and nobody seems to think this is a big deal. It was promised so many times back to me, yesterday being the last one. And now today it is again a week away!! I have been told by Jim Sharkey that my attitude is the reason why this is happening!!!! I think anyone in my position would be a bit frustrated and tired of hearing another week for seven weeks in a row now!!!! My car was not that damaged, somebody needs to help me please!!!!! I have no idea what is going on here, but its not right!!!! I would really appreciate some help on this matter. Thanks.
