Rich sent a message to Jeffery Gardner President and CEO, Windstream Corporation that said:
Mr. Gardner,
I have been a Windstream customer for almost 9 years and am located in Matthews, NC not far from your call center. I will be canceling my service shortly to got to Time Warner for internet and phone.
I have made numerous inquiries to find out when WS will offer something more than 6 MB internet in my area.
I know you are acutely aware of Google coming into the market and I hope for your sake that an announcement of faster service from WS is happening soon.
As a company Windstream has always had great service, I wish your technology had kept pace with the changes in the market.
