Mr. Gellert,
I am a new HealthNet member and I am very frustrated by the lack of assistance I am receiving from your organization. Nothing is self explanatory and when I call, no one seems to be able to answer my questions about how my medical plan works adequately.
My current issue with a reimbursement I am requesting. I submitted the claim in late October, when I called to check on it last week, I was told there was no record of it and I would need to resubmit it.
Today, I received an explanation of benefits, which was not very explanatory, but did make it clear that my request was being denied (what request, I thought you couldn't find it!)
Initially, I called your staff, they emailed me the correct form (supposedly) and today when I call I am being told I sent in the wrong form.
Seriously! I just waited a month to be reimbursed $600 and now I'm being told my claim needs to be sent back for 'reprocessing'. Kinda funny for a claim that there was no record of.
Is there anyone who knows what they are doing? Can you please have that person call me.
