Mr. Getting,
I will never again buy major appliance from Whirlpool.
Purchased refrigerator Feb 29, 2016, design flaw in product. O ring in water line does not seal properly, constant dripping of water into drip pan. This is totally unacceptable.
I bought same unit in May 2013.Great, never had issues.
Now it seems the Whirlpool design engineers, the 20 somethings hired because its cheaper, have succeeded in cutting corners and have successfully designed a sub standard product. Congratulations.
A high end appliance, cheaply made to wear out in 7-10 years that's the American way.
Shame on you and the stockholders who allow this process to continue.
