Mr. Ghosn - I purchased a Nissan Altima 3.5 Pre-Owned back in March 2016. The car has had many issues since I bought. I recently broke down and the car was not drivable. I was told at another Nissan Dealership who took my car in for Service that the car already had a new transmission put in it.
I have tried to work with the dealership but the dealership has stopped returning my calls.
I have left the owner of the Dealership Partrick , 4 Messages with no return call.
The car is still having issues. I indicated to them that they sold me a "Lemon" and are quickly separating themselves from it.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could step in and help.
This is the 2nd Altima I have purchased and love the car - But not this 1.
