Unable to locate the proper address for a registered correspondence to you regarding a claimed distribution by Mercer Trust Company in Norwood, Massachusetts, under US Tax Form 1099-R (annuities, IRA, and related funds), I am forwarding this e-mail to request a mailing address. The alleged distribution never reached me and I was not even aware of the existence of any funds remaining in my 401k account following my departure from Control Risks Group (the manager of the trust account at Mercer Trust.
I apologize for bothering you with this matter but my requests for information from the referenced Mercer Trust Company in Norwood have not yielded any results.
