Mr. Glass,
I called last week regarding the delays in changes being made to my policy. I signed all forms 5/8/17 and they were not changed until last week. The changes should have reduced my monthly premiums but I see no change in the draft amount. I took at a loan against my policy when I was having financial difficulty. I was going to try to apply the difference to my loan balance. I understand that there was a 28 day waiting period so technically my changes should have gone into effect the first of June. My June premium should have been less and instead since my agent did not forward paperwork in a timely fashion my changes did not take effect until this month. I have had to pay higher premiums for two months. Since the delay was due to my agent not submitting the paperwork I am being charged the same HIGHER premium rates for JUNE and JULY. I should see a reduction in August moving forward. I would appreciate your assistance in getting this matter cleared up. Thanking you in advance for your time.
