Mr Glass:

I am sorry to bother you with something that is way below your level, but I feel you need to know how some things are being handled at your company.

On March 27, 2017 we decided to cash out two insurance policies. We were told the surrender values would be sent to us within 10-12 days. It has now been over a month and when I called to inquire why, I was told they were too busy to get to it. I then asked to speak to someone directly in that department, and I was told they do not speak to anyone.

This is hardly customer service.

Even after waiting 22 minutes on hold to speak with a supervisor, I was told it would still be late next week before these funds would be paid out.

The money that we are waiting for is ours, and if this department is so busy, why arent more people hired to take care of it?

If there is anything you can do to help us, I would really appreciate it.
