Mr.Glen Post,
The reason I am sending this email to you is to ask you could you have one of the upper managers look into my problem with your company. I been with centurylink since January of 2013 and had to terminate the internet service on October 10th of this year because of moving to another town here in Oregon which time the area couldn't provide new customer service.. I received the final bill and include a early termination fee. I believe I should not be charged this since I did meet my 24 months contract. And feel that I am being over charge.
