My name is George, and I am filing a formal complaint with you about not able to transfer my Lifetime subscription to my new vehicle. I was told in 2011 by one of your employees that work under you, I could transfer my lifetime to another vehicle by paying $75.00. Well I spent hour and fifteen minutes getting no where today. That kept telling I can't do it and would have to pay for another plan. I paid over $500 dollars for the lifetime. I enjoy Sirius XM but I am not happy with the service I got today.
